food state supplements  Why Food State Supplements?
Food State supplements enable everyone to obtain supplemental nutrients in the same form as in food. As they are not isolated chemicals but food state nutrients, these are complexed food structures (from plants) that the body will recognise as properly digestible foods and use them accordingly.

As a result, there is no need to worry about toxicity or side effects, and the RDA for Food State supplements doesn’t need to be as high as synthetic supplements because the absorption rate is far superior.

FAQs

Our Blood & Iron Formula is a food supplement designed to support the production and health of red blood cells and haemoglobin, using non‑constipating iron, vitamin C, and molybdenum.

The formula contains three key ingredients:

  • Iron: An essential mineral for red blood cell formation.
  • Vitamin C: This vitamin helps your body absorb the iron.
  • Molybdenum: A trace mineral that supports various bodily functions.

For adults, we recommend taking two capsules daily with food, either as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Yes, our Blood & Iron Formula is specially formulated to be non-constipating and gentle on the stomach, which can be a common side effect of traditional iron supplements.

While this formula is designed to support blood and iron health, it's essential to consult with your doctor or a healthcare practitioner before taking any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other health conditions.

Effects depend on individual factors like baseline iron status, diet, absorption, etc. Some people may notice improvements in energy or symptoms of low iron within a few weeks, but for full benefits it may take longer.

Yes — taking it with vitamin C (which is already included) helps absorption. Avoid taking it with dairy, calcium supplements, or high‑phytate foods (like some whole grains or legumes) at the same time, as these can inhibit iron absorption. Also, certain medications or other mineral supplements can interfere with iron; best to check with a professional.

No — this supplement is intended to complement a healthy diet. It shouldnotreplace iron obtained from food sources like red meat, leafy greens, pulses, fortified foods, etc.
