Shipping policy

Shipping & deliveries

We use DPD, UPS or Royal Mail depending on the products, weight, quantity and destination. We aim to dispatch promptly; same-day dispatch depends on when the order is placed. Most deliveries require a signature.

Standard delivery

Mainland UK: 1–2 business days. Delivery is free for orders over £75, excluding shipping. Below this threshold, delivery is £2.99 for orders under 100g and £4.99 for orders over 100g. Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Northern Ireland: 3–5 business days, £4.99.

Europe: 3–5 business days, £25.

United States: estimated delivery 5–7 business days. Tracked and signed shipping is charged by order weight. Current US-dollar rates start at $14 for orders up to 50g and increase through weight bands to $41 for 200–500g. Heavier orders cost more. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Canada: 5–7 business days, from £9.99 for orders up to 500g.

Singapore: 10–14 business days, from £40 for orders up to 500g.

Australia: 10–14 business days, from £50 for orders up to 500g.

International charges depend on items and quantity. Customs duties, taxes and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility. Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Gifting delivery
