Shipping & Deliveries
We do our best to ship all orders as promptly as possible. We use either DPD or Royal Mail for fulfilment depending on the type of products, their weight, the quantity and their destination. Both DPD and Royal Mail may use local fulfilment companies for your order, so deliveries could come from other companies.
We try to ship everything on the day of ordering, although this will be affected by what time the order is placed during the day. See below for shipping details and costs.
MOST DELIVERIES ARE SENT VIA A SIGNED FOR SERVICE, SO PLEASE ENSURE SOMEBODY IS THERE TO TAKE COLLECTION OF YOUR GOODS.

If you need your items ASAP, we have several great retail partners across the UK (including Selfridges, Claridge's, Cowshed Spa, and Soho House) who are likely to have stock available immediately if you visit them in store.
Due to numerous issues with deliveries and taxation, we aren't shipping orders outside of the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore and Australia at present. We are working hard on rectifying this so hopefully in the near future we can resume serving our other international customers, but please bear with us.
You may still be able to order from one of our retail partners, many of whom ship internationally, or are based abroad.
