Daimonya Daruma Mini

A favourite in clinic, these little Daruma dolls are often given by Ross to new patients as a way of setting an intention and keeping it in sight. We’ve loved sharing them so much that we wanted to make them available to everyone, whether for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or family member.

This gold Mini Japanese Daruma doll is made from papier-mâché by Daimonya in Takasaki, Japan. A small reminder of a wish, a goal or a new beginning.

How to use your Daruma

Traditionally, you begin by painting the left eye (on your right as you look at it) when you set a goal, adding the other eye once it is achieved. As you paint the first eye with a brush or marker pen, take a moment to focus on your intention or desire.

Keep your Daruma somewhere you’ll see it regularly, as a gentle reminder of what you’re working towards.
