Refunds & Returns


We endeavour to ensure that all products arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that that is not the case, and items are received damaged or faulty, we will issue a swift replacement at no expense, or offer a full refund. Please contact us at care@rossbarr.com regarding any order that you have received that is unsatisfactory.


Please note that we only cover returns or refunds of products bought directly from this site. If you have purchased our products from another online retailer or store, then please contact them about their own returns and refunds policy.


We will refund or exchange any item purchased from this site as long as it is returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned as new, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with a proof of purchase. Please email us at care@rossbarr.com regarding your return and we will provide you with details of where to send the items if required.


Once returned items are received we will process your refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment card. Depending on your card issuer, this may take a couple of days to be credited.
