This duo aims to help support women through their cycle by nourishing blood-loss and iron deficiency internally with our supplement, and helping support the maintenance of cramps and pains associated with menstruation as naturally as possible.
Directions
Blood & Iron Formula
2 capsules daily, or take as directed by a practitioner.
Period Patches
1. Clean and dry affected area.
2. Remove the backing from the patch to reveal sticky side.
3. For optimal results place centrally at the base of the back as shown in diagram or on the area of discomfort.
4. Please remove the patch no later than 8 hours after applying.

Blood & Iron Formula
Vitamin C Bioflavonoids incorporated in Citrus Pulp; Mineral enhanced Yeast providing Iron and Molybdenum; Vegetable Cellulose.
Period Patches
Cyperi Rhizoma, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Leonuri Herba, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Corydalis Rhizoma.

This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if vacuum seal is broken or missing.
Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans. Does not include wheat; starch; gluten; soy; milk products (lactose); added sugars; colourings; flavourings and preservatives. Contains no live yeast at time of manufacture.
Period Patches
Suitable for adults and children above 12 years of age. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor. Apply to affected area as needed not more than 3 times daily for 7 days.
This product is for external use only. Do not use on red, swollen, congested, ulcerated or broken skin. It is not a substitute for medicines or medical devices. Storage: Seal and keep in a cool and dry place. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients or suffer with skin sensitivity it is recommended that you consult a physician in advance of use.

Period Patches
Prohibited if diabetic, pregnant, or breast feeding. Not suitable for infants. For a small number of people, a local tingling sensation or red rash may occur during use.
